Ball mill Start Order

Preparations before start:

1.To clean out other things around the ball mill, to ensure the work condition meets the safety requirements
2.To ensure no person inside the ball mill and in the dangerous place around it
3.To ensure center distance between the grinding part and the grid meets the requirements
4.To ensure the access door is fixed tightly.
5.To ensure no loose of the bolts on the lining board
6.To ensure that the oiling points are properly oil applied
7.After the first trial run and a long term stop, motor should only be started after sleeve shaft journals being oil applied again and the mill run in a circle by hands to ensure no obstacles between move parts

Order to start the ball mill:
1.To start the conveyor
2.To start the ball mill
3.To start the feeder

Order to stop the ball mill:
1.To stop the feeder
2.To stop the ball mill
3.To stop the conveyor
